Acceptance and refund policy

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY 
PERFUMERY AND COSMETIC PRODUCTS 
(HEREINAFTER - GOODS)

1. TERMS OF EXCHANGE OR RETURN OF THE GOODS  OF GOOD QUALITY

1.1. Perfume and cosmetic products of good quality cannot be returned or exchanged in accordance with the List of non-food products of good quality that cannot be returned or exchanged for similar goods of other sizes, shapes, dimensions, styles, colors or packaging.

2. TERMS OF EXCHANGE OR RETURN OF THE GOODS OF BAD QUALITY

2.1. If, within the expiration date for the Goods (in the absence of an expiration date, within 2 years from the date of Goods delivery ), the Buyer has discovered the defects of the purchased Goods, he has the right, at his choice:

- Demand the replacement of goods of the same brand (article) with goods of good quality.

- Demand a commensurate reduction in the purchase price of the Goods.

- Refuse the purchased Goods and demand the return of the amount paid for the Goods.

3. EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY OF GOODS

3.1. Applications for the exchange or return of the Goods are accepted by the Seller by phone number:+971503227486 Su - We 10AM – 10 PM, Th – Sa 10 AM – 12 AM.

3.2. Replacement of the Goods is carried out by the Seller within 7 days from the date of the Buyer's appeal, and if necessary, an additional quality check of such Goods by the Seller - within 20 days from the date of the Buyer's appeal. If the Seller has no Goods necessary to replace the Goods, the replacement is carried out within a month from the date of the Buyer's request. If the Seller does not have the opportunity to replace the Goods (including due to the removal of the Goods of the same brand (article) from production), the Seller shall refund the amount of money paid for the Goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer shall return to the Seller the received Goods of bad quality.

3.3. In the event of a dispute about the quality of the Goods, an independent examination of the Goods is carried out at the expense of the Buyer.

3.4. If the Buyer refuses the purchased Goods or if the exchange of the Goods is not possible, the Buyer is refunded the cash amount paid for the Goods in the Seller’s store located at Mall Of The Emirates, Al Barsha 1, Ground Floor Su - We 10AM – 10 PM, Th – Sa 10 AM – 12 AM, or by transferring the appropriate amount to the Buyer's bank or other account.

3.5. In case of refusal from the purchased Goods, the Buyer is obliged to return to the Seller the Goods of inadequate quality and accompanying documents to it.
